Expense Tracking

I recently returned from a long trip and I wanted to enter items from
receipts to track my spending ie Fuel/meals out/groceries/lodging to see how
much I spent in each category. I also want to enter date of purchase as I go
along so I can track weekly/monthly spending. Can anyone suggest a good
form/database?

Create a basic sheet in Excel. Doesn't sound you need anything real fancy.
(This is assuming you;ve already looked to see what templates are
available.)
