Experiementing & Turned Menus Off

Hi,

Doing a little experimentation, I used the StartUp command and unchecked the
menus option and now I can't seem to access all the menu items in design
mode. How do I remove the Startup settings and get back to the db I am
working on -- still developing.

Please help.

MS Access 2000/Win 2k

Hold down the Shift key while you open the database.
Then go back and change any settings under Tools--Startup.
