Experience on ress pools

SECURE?
Considering only 5 projects sharing the same pool, is
resource polling 100% safe as regard entering actuals and
doing tracking ?

WHERE?
3 people are planning to MPPs that share the same
ressource pool. I am the planning manager, and i receive
actuals in Excel. WHere should I enter actuals to be sure
to get them definitely (sometimes it seems to disapear) :
the pool, the project1 master plan generared by opening
the pool, or each project ?
Is it important where to enter actuals?

B. Anywhere, but make sure the pool is open with the project files (or the
master) and make sure you save the lot.
