expiry date e.g mm/yyyy

Hi

in my database i have a form of bank details. So users enter customers card
details, and valid date and expiry date. as im sure your aware that on card
details the date given is only the month and the year.

in my form i have set the field so you only enter the month and year and
that works ok.

The problem is that i want to create a query that will not display cards
that have expired. i am not sure what to put in the criteria the expiry field
is not a proper date field. If someone could tell me what i criteria i need
to put in, or if i need to change the format of the field.

Set the Criteria for the Expiry Date column to:

=Date()

Which will show only those dates which are greater than or equal to today.
