You install templates by putting them in the Templates folder, which, unless
you changed it, is Applications/Microsoft Office [version]/ Templates. Then
you access them via File | Project Gallery. Double-clicking a template on
the Mac only opens the template, it does *not* create a new doc based on
that template. You can only create new documents based on templates by going
through File | Project Gallery.

The Templates folder above is not the only possible location--more info:

Re .wiz files (I assume you mean the wizards), haven't a clue.

Try asking on the MacWord newsgroup:

See here for Google/Entourage gateway to newsgroups for MacWord, MacExcel,
and other MS programs for the Mac:

PS. Please try not to post questions as suggestions.

This IS a SUGGESTION! MAke it clear HOW TO USE TEMPLATES!

The answer was fine in its detail. The Assumption that this was a Question
instead of a Suggestion was stupid. The suggestion is DON'T make people ask
this question! provide the information in the HELP! ( It is NOT there!) And
that is infuriating! (Couldn't tell eh?
