Explain loss of Speedfiler 2.0.0 toolbar frm outlook ribbon/email

Speedfiler2.0.0 Professional has been successfully installed in Outlook for
two months with a paid license. Then it is noticed that the toolbar does not
appear on the ribbon when opening outlook. Rightclicking on the ribbon shows
it is unchecked and loads when checked. Days later the SPeedfiiler entry
dissapears from the dropdown menu which appears when right clicking on the
ribbon and choosing customise. The Claritude site suggests opening an email
rightclicking in the extended menu square on the speedfiler box in the emial
and clicking 'reset toobar'
THis works once only . Therafter Speedfiler does not function. Reinstalling
the software works for a short period and then the same process of gradually
losing functionality begins. At all times the program shows as active in the
Addins menu under Trust Centre and the Installation of Speedfier appears in
ADDin COM menu and in Add or Remove Programs menu. What is happening and how
can it be fised. Software available from www.claritude.com

Are you using Outlook 2010? Curious since you mention the ribbon which
wasn't implemented fully in Outlook until OL2010.

Try deleting outcmd.dat.
