Hello. We are trying to remove Office 2003 standard and install Office 2003
Professional and getting errors.

Explorer.exe -Application Error

The instruction at "0x0098737e" referenced at "0x0007fffc" the memory could
not be read.

Please tell me how to get a clean install.

The cause of the error turned out to be including "HTML Source Editor". We
are OK now, but there is still no apparent way to recover from this error
without formatting the OS and starting over.
