Explorer exe error: instruction at 0x0098737e unreadable memory?

On logging out, I receive this error message:
Explorer EXE application error. The instruction at "0x0098737e" referenced
memory at "0x0007fffc". The memory could not be "read". Cli9ck on okay to
terminate the program. Click on cancel to debug the program.
Outlook e-mail and internet access are become noticeably slower. Thanks for
any help.

What O/S and version of Outlook are you using? Do you have event logs that
you can check?
