Explorer hangs after installing FP 2003

Hi all,
After installing FP 2003 in my IExplorer the "Open in a new Window" and
clicking a link that opens a new browserwindow itself does not work anymore?
Window opens but no content no error message just nothing.
Hitting the cancel button and then reload button displays the site i.o. ???
Any help is appreciated.

Try a repair on FP (Help - Detect & Repair)
Or a repair of IE (see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=318378 )
