Explorer Send To> Mail Recipient doesnt automatically insert signa

When in Windows XP Professional SP2 Windows Explorer, I right click on a file
I want to email, choose Send To> Email Recipient, Outlook attaches the file
but won't insert my signature, which I manually have to insert it. Is there
someway to force the signature to be included by modifying the registry?
