export a title tag in an html page

Can I add text in a Publisher file that will export as a <title> tag in teh
<head> of an HTML file?

I tried adding title to the Properties dialog of the Publisher file, got
nothing.

Thanks for your help.

In Pub 2003, go to Tools > Web page options and add your page title,
description, keywords and custom name your file name if you want.
