Export Access Data Project Queries to old Access .mdb file

I want to copy Access Data Project queries from a project into a new .mdb
file. What is the best way to do this?

In the new .mdb go to the menu bar, click file, Get
external data, and Import.
Select the orignal .mdb file and then the items.
