Export all shape data within organization chart to Excel

I am trying to export from Visio 2003 to a new Excel document. My shape have
three lines, when exporting it is only taking the first two lines. I need it
to export all data. Any help much appreciated

How did you create the org chart in Visio?

Visio uses the custom properties to build the text within a shape and it
usually just consists of name and title. This is may be why the export is
only taking the first two lines.

I'll mention this solution, which almost works, with the hopes it will lead
to a solution. Let's say you want to enter multiple names in the name field.
Right click the shape to bring up the context menu > Data > Shape Data.
Enter the first name, then hit cntl+Enter keys, second name, cntl+Enter, and
finally third name. Say OK. The shape will have three names in the name
field. When you export the diagram, Excel will show the names followed by a
small box around a "?", which can be deleted.

It's not quite right, but close.

Well, I still haven't solved the way to directly enter the multiple lines
into Visio shape and have it export correctly, but, it is possible to place
multiple lines in the excel file and have it import correctly. There is a
