It's really important to be able to easily export (File->Import & Export) by
Category. The current best wor-around (kludge!) is to export all contacts to
excel and than filter to get only records of interest. If you have hundreds
of contacts, many with multiple categories, this is quite a burden. Since
multiple categories appear in a single exported field, it's a tedious process
to filter out only the reciords of interest. Simply adding categories to
export would slove the whole problem.
I have been querying the forums for a few years on ths topic and there are
many people trying to do this and similar related things.
