Export Category in Mac.Office.Entourage 2004

2 questions:

Is it possible to export by category in Entourage 2004Mac? I see the by
category feature when you want to archive items but not in the export
contacts button?

Also, can you mail merge a selected category from Entourage?

Create the mail merge in Word, with the Tools | Data Merge Manager. After
picking Office Address Book as the data source, look to the bottom of the
Data Merge palette and in the Merge section, click on Query Options. Set it
to list recipients by Categories and select the categories you want to use.

Haven't a clue about your other question. Normally it's better to post
unrelated questions in separate threads.
