Export contact group to Mac address book

I have to sort my 3000+ email addresses by state. Can I use the group I created in Entourage's address book and export it to Mac's Address book?

Not really, but you can create smart groups in the System address boo to
reflect the separation by state I believe.
If not, you can use a script to write the group name to the notes and
use that for smart groups,
