When I open the Address Book from within Outlook 2000 and click on the file
menu, the Export and Import selections are grayed out preventing me from
exporting my address book data.
I have Outlook 2000 on an old lap top with Outlook 2003 on my new laptop.
When I backed up my .pst file from Outlook 2000, moved it to Outlook 2003 on
the new laptop, the address book in Outlook 2003 was empty of all my contacts
even though all the old emails were present.
I have now manually entered my email accounts in the new Outlook 2003 and
moved all emails by moving the .pst file to the the new computer. The only
major thing I lack now are the contacts, but - as stated above - the export
function in the Outlook 2000 is not working. Any way to activate the Export
function or work around this?
Thank you
