Export Contacts into an excel file

I have set up several contact data bases in my outlook
2000. I would like info on how to export the contacts into
a excel spread sheet.

Alex,

I would export the contacts into a CSV file (Comma
seperated value), from there you can open that file using
microsoft excel.
