Export data from access to txt in codepage 1256

I have a table with some fields storing data in English and couple stroing in
Arabic.
I want to extract data into a text file so that both English & Arabic appear
but cannot use UniCode for saving as I need to ftp this data further.
The exported/saved text file needs to be in code page 1256, this is what I
want to know, how can I have data from access to text file(in 1256 code page
format)?
