I need my customers client base that is in Medisoft to export into an Excel
spreadsheet. I just need name, address, city, state and zip (5 cells is all I
need). Sounds simple enough... wrong. When I open the spreadsheet it looks
like everything has been copied into 1 cell and some of the address are
missing. It will read 3 names across, street address on 2nd line, city, state,
and zip on 3rd line. But line 2 and 3 are messed up and half the info is
missing, so I don't have a clue what address goes to who's name and who's
address is missing. Have a screen cap I can send if anyone needs a visual.
It's just not exporting as it should.
Anyone know a simple and effective way to make this work. I'd be grateful.
I'm not a programmer or computer wiz and I can assure you they aren't. So
it's got to be simple for them (and me) to understand and do. Also, when they
export and save the spreadsheet needs to be save down to Excel 2003.
Thanks!
