export email account infomation

i built a new computer and wish to export my e-mail account information for
all my e-mail accounts. I have most data but don't remember all passwords so
i would like to export the data and then import it into outlook on my new
machine. Running Vista Ultimate on both machines with Office 2007 on both
machines.

Vista has a transfer settings wizard, allthough how good it is with mail
account passwords I cannot say.
There are also third party utilities that can detect/display the account
details
The account details are held in the registry
