Export email address to Lotus Notes

Hello,

How can I send a list of email addresses from Access to
the Lotus Notes system to the 'To' or 'Cc' or 'Bcc' fields
under Reports.

Currently, I have a report that generates all the email
addresses to a text file, how can I make it more effecient
and have the email addresses appear right in the email
message (to, cc, bcc), instead of cutting and pasting.
