Export email addresses to Outlook Express

How Do I export email adresses from Access to Outlook
Express? I have queried my database table for First name,
last name and email adddress. I want to put them in my
Outlook Express address book without entering each one.
Help!

Hi Melissa,

You can't do this directly. First, export the addresses from Access into
a text (CSV) file. Then use Outlook Express's File|Import|Other Address
Book... command to import that.
