I currently manage a system where we have a shared inbox. To best manage the
work we load the emails into an access database and distribute the work to
the entire team. We export the emails from Outlook via the Import/Export
functionality and load it into a database. I have two isses with this.
First of all we lose the attachments are not exported into Access. Is there
a way to capture these? Second, a person has to walk through the steps every
two hours to capture the latest emails and load them into the database. Is
there a simple way to mechanize this? I do not have a lot of coding
knowledge so the easier the better
