export error

Hi-
I'm exporting data from OmniForm into an Access table - I
have 25 fields - 21 are either short answers. - they
import into Access just fine.
the last 4 questions are memo fields - and I can not get
them imported. I get an error that says
"An ODBC error has occurred."
"[Microsoft][ODBC Access Driver] syntax error in CREATE
TABLE statement."
I've updated my MDAC - any ideas???
