Export feeds to opml file

I am using Vista Home Premium SP1, Outlook 2007 and Internet Explorer 7. My
feeds disappeared from Internet Explorer after I installed & uninstalled
Internet Explorer 8 beta 2. They are still in Outlook in my Personnel
folders/RSS Feeds. I thought these should be in synch. I know they were
before. Now I am trying to export the feeds from Outlook to import to
Internet Explorer. When I go to menu File/Import & Export and select export
RSS feeds to an opml file, there are no feeds to select. Also, the Windows
Sidebar gadget that displays feeds does not show any of my feeds.
