Export Folders to New Machine

B

Bill

We are installing new computers. I need to export all of
the personal folders along with their emails to our
server and then import them onto the new machines when
they are installed in the new outlook program. We do not
currently have exhange/server running. Just a little LAN.
I already exported the calander and contacts being that
they can be filed in .xls format, but with the emails in
word format I am having trouble finding the correct
format to export in. I have tried .txt and windows
format, without success when trying to import information
into outlook.

Don't export! Instead, just move the entire .pst file to the new machines and set up the Outlook profile to use that .pst file as the default.
