Export Format - missing OUTRET.MSI

Attempting to install template to export contacts from
Outlook in any format other than *.pst

Then attempted to update from Microsoft -

Everything requires "Outlook CD" to get OUTRET.MSI (which
does not exist, since installed full XP Office).

Can't find OUTRET.MSI and can't do anything
