Export format

Does anyone know if you can export in .dgn format if you are using Visio 2002 Standard on an XP platform? We want to use Visio for a project, but can't figure out if we need the Standard or Professional version in order to get to the .dgn format we need.

I believe the answer is that you must have the Professional version of Visio
2002. Let me also point out that Visio 2003 does not support the DGN format
(it still supports DWG), so please keep that in mind when making any upgrade
decision.
