If I create an Access database to track all my customer calls (1 table for
customer information, 1 table for call tracking notes), is it possible to
then get this information from Access into Outlook (in the form of
Appointments) for follow-up activities?
For example, could I run a query of all appointments needed, export that
information into Excel or CSV format, then import it into Outlook
Appointments?
