Export from form to New MSCRM record

So I have a form that has been developed in Infopath but I need to have a
submit button that will do two things for me:

First- map fields from the form to CRM, it should create a new CRM record
and import all fields to matching fields on the CRM record.

Second- create a copy of the form (either word or pdf) and attach this copy
to the newly created CRM record.

Is this possible, if so any suggestions on how to do this?

This is possible.

For number 1 I would check out the Database Accelerator download which would
allow you to extract the data from your form and insert it into your SQL DB.

For number 2 you could embed a link too. The attachment is tougher but
possible.
