Export from MicroStrategy 7.2.3 to Access XP

Hi, I am having issues exporting from MicroStrategy to Access XP. The problem occurs when a " (double quote) is present in a record. When this character occurs, everything following it is blank. This was not the case in Access 97. Is the double quote character reserved? I am also seeing similar behavior when a field has a $ or a %. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I know nothing about MicroStrategy. How are you exporting to Access (e.g
with ODBC, via text file)? Please give more information.

Hi John,
I am afraid that I do not know how MicroStrategy exports to Access. I do know however, that it is not via ODBC. There is no intermediary file to my knowledge. Exporting to Excel, Notepad, or Word is not a problem. I will search the MicroStrategy knowledge base to see if I can dig up some specific information. In the mean time, my guess is that it uses native Windows "procedures" to accomplish the export. Thanks for taking the time to read my post.
