Why does Outlook strip all the e-mail addresses when
importing?

I can export my contacts to an excel file. The excel file
has everything in it. But when I pull the same file back
into Outlook, all of the e-mail addresses are stripped.

How do you import e-mail addresses with the rest of the
field data?
