Export/Import functions not active

I am running Outlook 2000 SP-3. Since I ran the "detect and repair" in the
Help menu, I have not been able to access the import/export feature of
Outlook. I am using Windows XP but have not installed the SP-2 at yet. Any
help on getting the import/export functions working again.
