export/import to Outlook Express 6

How do I export my e-mail addresses from outlook 2002 and import them into outlook express 6? Also, is there a way to have them synch with each other?

OE cannot import your Contacts Folder directly. You'd first have to export
your Outlook Contacts
Folder to a format OE can import, such as CSV.

You can use a reg hack to force OE to use your Contacts Folder as a data
source if you want to keep both programs in synch:
