Export individual snapshot reports

I have a query set up in access that filters a column for errors - each of
those records has a "user" in them; some of the people have multiple errors.
I want to export multiple files based on those users -- and e-mail the
"report" with only the errors of that person...I can't find code that is
simple enough to understand to accomplish that task...can anyone guide me????
