Hi all,
I have had experience with VB in Excel, but I am not well versed at all in
Outlook.
I have a calendar in a public folder which has the schedule for all the
employees in my division (as assigned by my manager) which includes
traveling, consulting jobs, etc. What I want to do is filter out everybody
else's information (there are 17 or 18 in my division) and export all
appointments pertaining to me (name appears in subject line) and import that
into my personal calendar (which can then be synced to my PDA and
consequently synced to my home computer so my family can know my travel
schedule).
The kicker is that appointments are constantly changing and I need the
updates to replace the existing appointments, but only for those appointments
that are listed as "All Day" and to not delete my other appointments (i.e.
lunch meetings that I set myself).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
