Export mapping to Excel

I have created an export mapping so that I can output Excel files in the specific format that I need them in, but I don't know where the mapping is stored so I cannot send the mapping program to other project managers. If it is in a file what is the file? If it is a stand alone file what and where? I am having trouble with this one.....

Go to tools menu / organizer. You should see a maps tab.
You can create a new blank project, go to the organizer, copy the map to the
new file, send the new file to other project managers and have them copy it
into their global.mpt file.
