Export Micrsoft Project to Microsoft Access

I would like to take all the data from a Microsoft Project (I believe 2000)
MPP and EXPORT it into Microsoft access, what is the best way to go about
this ?

Try :
File / Save as... / Type of file : Microsoft Access....
