Export multi-page Report to multiple tabs in Excel

Using Access 2002

I have several reports that show one region per page (20 regions = 20
pages). How can I export this into one Excel workbook with 20 tabs? [or
perhaps 20 workbooks]. Is there any simple way to do this - I have very
limited VBA experience?
