Export multiple contacts as one file?

C

Chris

I am a newer user of Outlook. and found it challenging to export and import
contacts and keep the information intact.

My contact list has about 3500 entries and is divided into 2 dozen
categories. Many names appear in more than one category.

The hope is that once the updating is finished, everything can be exported
to a couple of other computers.

The vCard Wizard from http://www.4team.biz/ seems to be a very useful tool
in this process. Coworkers are reluctant to use it however; it is unfamiliar
software to them.

Are there other ways to import or export multiple vCards as one file with
Outlook?

Why would you ever want to use export and import to transfer Outlook data?
That would never keep any information intact.
Clarify what you need to do so someone can help you.

Russ,

My tech skills are pretty weak; I thought I was being clear about what I was
trying to do.....but let me give it another try.

Three of us(co-workers) make use of the contact list for bulk mailing; with
emails and address labels for regular postal mail. At one point the contact
list was being managed by someone who had good admin skills, so it was neat
and tidy, and up-to-date.

When she departed we all started fending for ourselves and now, almost a
year later, co-workers A, B, & C have have contact lists that are not in sync
with one another and they should be.

The job of tidying and updating landed on my desk. In theory, I was to
accomplish that task and export my contacts to the other two co-workers; and
then we would all be on the same page, information-wise.

No. You still haven't posted clear information. Are we to assume that
everyone here is using Outlook or do you need to convert data to some other
format? Only the latter would require export and import.
We post information on how to transfer Outlook data properly here every day.
You have or create an Outlook data file, then just copy that file and open
it in another installation.
Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup or transfer:
