Export - No folders shown

When I select export files and select comma seperated value-windows or excel
or access, then go to the next feature, SELECT FOLDER TO EXPORT FROM----The
screen is blank.
I have no choice of folders to export from. Select pst and it's OK!!

It appears several people have already posted about this - but no joy yet.

Running Office 2003 SP2
