Export of an Access report that includes photos

I have a club roster report that comes from an Access (2003) database, and one of the fields is a photo that is embedded in the DB as an ole object. When I export the report into various formats (RTF for WORD, HTML, etc) everything appears bu the photos. Can anyone assist in making that happen or is that out of the realm of Access at this time.

DLehuta,

The simplest solution is to output the report to Snapshot format.

Another option is to get a PDF writer, and print to a PDF file.

Thanks for your reply Steve. I did do that earlier but did not find a way to use it in the Snapshot form. Our hope is to use the page images from the Access report into another MS product like WORD or Publisher.

DLehuta,

AFAIK the only way to view/print/etc a Snapshot file is via the
Microsoft Snapshot Viewer. Which, incidentally, is a Microsoft
product. Many people already have this utility installed on their
computers, via their MS Office installations, but for those who
haven't, it is available as a free download from the Microsoft
website.
