Export of Presentation

C

Craig Musgrove

A client of mine produces PP presentations on his home computer .. all works
fine... video, audio etc.
He does these presentations and saves to disk to play on another computer.
The trouble is, most of the presentations do not work - audio missing or
videos will not play.
My research indicates there are temp / workfiles which remain on the
original producing computer and are not "exported" during the copy of the PP
to CD.
How can we get these presentations to work on foreign computers with no
hiccups?
Can I export to something else which would allow playing of the end product
to be played in media player??

You may want to look at PFCExpress (Free from www.pfcmedia.com) and use the
export to zip function. You can then copy all the files in the zip file as
needed. PFCExpress will take care of the bundling of the required file(s)
and path issues.
