Export or web?

I created a very nice newsletter in Publisher and need to
send it via e-mail or by web page so my colleagues can
read/view it.
They do not have MS Publisher;thus, they cannot view it.
What is the easiest way to accomplish this without having
to re-create a newsletter in Word?
