Export Outlook 2000 Messages

In order to clear room on my exchange server, I want users to remove old
e-mail. I found a freeware produce (outpost.exe) that will export the
messages at a txt or html file. However, searching is difficult.

I know I can import from Outlook into Outlook Express and delete the
original message.

Idealy, I would like to burn the messages to a cd rom.

Any ideas?
