export outlook xp emails from win xp to win vista machine

Hi

I got a new machine that is running vista ultimate. i installed office xp
on the new machine . I have an old machine that is running win xp home with
office xp. How can i move all my emails, rules, settings etc from my old win
xp home machine to the new vista machine?
