export php script from an email in outlook into excel

Hi,

I have an online survey, the participant fills in the form, presses submit
and the php script kicks in. An email with the responses then comes into my
inbox.

How do I export this information into excel so that I can then starting
doing analysis of the results? My attempts at exporting so far just seem to
export the email sender etc... and not the content.
