Export project plan to Sharepoint

I'm trying to export a project plan from MS Project into MS Sharepoint. I
want it to create a Gantt chart and task assignment in Sharepoint.

Has anyone done that before?

Yes, TeamDirection has an IntelliGantt Add In for Microsoft Project that lets
you import/export/synchronize project plans with various SharePoint task
lists.
