Export range to XML?

I've seen this question asked here in the forums and on various blogs, but
I've yet to see an answer.

I have a range in a worksheet with column headers. I need to export every
row in this range this to XML with the headers serving as XML tags.

Running Excel 2003 w/XML Tools add-on
